Since Calcium contains very low iron oxide, in glass production it stabilizes the colour of the glass.
It is used for raw materials in glass sector. Calcite ensures better characteristics for glass; resistance against chemical influences, hardness, cheaper workmanship, and increases transparency.
Resistance of mixtures: it ensures cohesion with bitumen and increases the possibility of processing.
When Calcium Carbonate is applied with materials that are rough cast, putty and mixed with paints, the process becomes much easier for the industry.
